Sunday Morning Reflections – A Thank You To Terry Deglau
For those of you who missed the testimonial/roast for our great buddy, Terry Deglau, last month, here’s a photo of some terrific friends with the old “thumbs up” routine of Don Blair’s.

Terry has touched so many lives in his career in photography and last month, thanks to the crew at the Triangle Institute of Professional Photography in Pittsburgh, we tagged along at their awards banquet. We had some fun with our good buddy. There are so many people who, especially during his time at Kodak, Terry helped with their careers, including helping Triangle grow.
Terry is retired and living outside Pittsburgh, but what a great night it was for all of us to be together. I’ve said it dozens of times in the past: the best part of our industry isn’t about photography, but about the friendships that come out of everyone’s love for the craft!
So, a big thanks to everyone who was able to interrupt their schedules and make it to the dinner – a big thanks to Triangle for giving us the venue and most important of all – Thank you Terry – you’ve helped so many of us and left shoes so big to fill that Kodak has yet to find somebody to do the job as good as you did!

Please give my best to Terry. He was one of the few “Kodak guys” that would talk to us “Fuji guys”. A respected colleague and fine gentleman.
