		<description>Just a little marketing idea expansion regarding Bal Harbour, Florida. That was part of my market. The condos there are luxurious and glamorous with awesome beach access and views.
We had a huge chunk of that Grandparent and snowbird market (mostly latins in the snowbirds) who come to do nothing but play with their kids, bring their parents with them and have plenty of winter months time to do family and grandchildren portraits.
We built up a huge trust with them all especially in doing the portraits and then they go home and we dealt long distance to fine tweak orders and delivery.
Don&#039;t overlook a great potential market because of demographics.
NOTE: We did not promote Glamour portraits or weddings to Bal Harbour but promoted warm good feeling family and grand children portraits. it was gold in the bank. Sold tons of family portrait albums to this market also. From one session we usually sold four!
