Since a picture is worth a thousand words, then I really have very little I have to write this morning, thanks to PWDLabs and Jim Graham.  I got an email from Jerry Weiner at PWD Labs two days ago, but was out of town and it was tough to take the time to respond.  Jerry wanted me to see these incredible images and help him share them with the world – I could not be more honored than to link you to this story this morning.

I’ve often said that no other profession, with the exception of modern medicine has given society more than photography.  Photographers around the world have captured the violation of human rights, moments of joy and celebration, disasters and an endless stream of emotions to share with the world.   Jim Graham’s images epitomize what great photography is all about!

Who is Jim Graham? Jim is a former staff photographer for the Wilmington News Journal. He was Southern Photographer of the Year and has been twice nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
