I continue to be amazed at the response to my call for entries for last week’s contest. Remember, the whole topic was in response to people saying they just don’t have any place nice to photograph.  Everyone has shown that while we’d all love to be shooting on the beaches of Malibu, there are still great places to create and capture moments!  Here’s another round…

Three images from Leslie Carpenter:

 Quiet Moment

Summer Princess

Grace

And two interesting images from Stephanie Stremler, but the fun part was her comments:

Big Sky – Find a little incline in the land, a blue or dramatic sky and get on your belly to shoot.  Makes for a great, dramatic shot everytime!

Intimate Love – On a day with bright overhead sun and little open shade to work in I positioned these two in front of open barn doors.  The dark interior of the building contrasted with the bright outside sun on the couple, which resulted in a dark black background that really made the couple stand out.

Easy ways to make a damatic image while working with you got, even if it literally isn’t much.
